Designed for Mercury and Mariner outboards from 25HP to 50HP, this premium kit provides superior durability and cooling performance compared to standard plastic housings. Ideal for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke models across multiple cylinder configurations.
Fits the following Mercury / Mariner outboard models:
Will fit only models with gear housing – drive shaft 2:1 gear ratio. Standard gearbox only. Not compatible with BigFoot models- except 25 hp
4-Stroke Models:
• 25HP BigFoot (1998–2005)
• 30HP 3 Cyl, 3 Carbs
• 40HP 3 Cyl, 3 Carbs
• 50HP 4 Cyl, 4 Carbs (1.83:1 / 2:1 Gear Ratio, non-BigFoot)
2-Stroke Models:
• 30HP 2 Cyl, single carb (1995 and up, excluding engines with serial numbers starting with 0N0...)
• 40HP 2 Cyl, single carb (1995 and up)
• 40HP 3 Cyl, 3 Carbs (1995 and up)
