SSI Marine Workshop-Assembled Service Kits for selected Yamaha 50 HP and 60 HP 4-stroke outboard engines, available in three maintenance options.

Designed using our marine workshop experience and quality genuine and aftermarket service parts, together with Rock Oil marine lubricants.

IMPORTANT – ENGINE COMPATIBILITY BY KIT OPTION

OPTION 1 – 100 HOUR SERVICE KIT WITH OILS

For selected Yamaha 4-stroke outboards:

• 50 HP – F50F: 2007–2012

• 50 HP – F50H: 2013 onwards

• 50 HP – FT50G High Thrust: 2007 onwards, selected models

• 50 HP – FT50J High Thrust: Later models, subject to serial number

• 60 HP – F60C: 2007–2012

• 60 HP – F60F: 2013 onwards

• 60 HP – FT60D / FT60DET High Thrust: 2007 onwards, selected models

• 60 HP – FT60G High Thrust: Later models, subject to serial number

OPTION 2 – 300 HOUR SERVICE KIT WITHOUT OILS

OPTION 3 – 300 HOUR SERVICE KIT WITH OILS

The two 300-hour options are intended primarily for:

• 50 HP – Yamaha F50H: 2013 onwards

• 60 HP – Yamaha F60F: 2013 onwards

Other F50F, F60C and High Thrust models may share the service components, but the complete thermostat and anode configuration must be confirmed against the engine model and serial number before ordering.

Reference engine: Yamaha F50H / F50HETL, serial 6C1-1075201.

Please check your exact model and serial number. Yamaha used different fuel filters, thermostat arrangements and anode configurations across certain engine generations.

A convenient service package for routine engine maintenance, including engine and gearbox oils.

OPTION 2 – 300 HOUR SERVICE KIT WITHOUT OILS

Includes:

• 1 × Engine Oil Filter

• 2 × Drain Plug Gaskets

• 1 × Complete Water Pump Impeller Repair Kit

• 4 × NGK DPR6EB-9 Spark Plugs

• 1 × High-Pressure Fuel Filter

• 1 × Low-Pressure Fuel Filter

• 1 × Thermostat

• 1 × Thermostat Gasket

• 1 × Full Engine Anode Kit

No engine oil, gear oil, marine grease or gear oil filling pump included.

Ideal for customers who already have their preferred marine oils and lubricants but require the additional service components.
