Talamex Universal Fuel Primer Bulb – 10mm / 3/8"
High-quality Talamex marine fuel primer bulb designed for use with 10 mm / 3/8" internal diameter fuel hose.
Suitable for a wide range of marine and outboard fuel systems where a 10 mm / 3/8" fuel line is used.
The integrated one-way valve maintains the correct direction of fuel flow, while the robust bulb construction is designed to resist collapsing under vacuum and excessive expansion under pressure.
Compatible with ethanol-blended fuels and supplied with stainless steel clamps for a secure fuel hose connection.

Fuel Hose Size
10 mm / 3/8" Internal Diameter Fuel Hose
3/8" = approximately 9.5 mm
Commonly referred to as 10 mm / 3/8" marine fuel hose.
Please measure the internal diameter of your existing fuel hose before ordering.
One-Way Fuel Valve
The primer bulb incorporates a one-way valve to control the direction of fuel flow from the fuel tank towards the engine.
Always install the primer bulb in the correct direction of fuel flow.
Check the direction arrow on the primer bulb during installation.
The arrow should point towards the engine.

Important – Check Your Fuel Hose Size
This version is for 10 mm / 3/8" fuel hose.
Please check the INTERNAL diameter of your existing fuel hose before purchasing.
Do not confuse this version with our smaller:
8 mm / 5/16" Primer Bulb
The two sizes are different and should be selected according to the fuel hose fitted to your installation.
If the part looks the same as yours, this does not always mean it is the correct one for your outboard or fuel system.
Installation
When installing the primer bulb:
- Check the fuel hose is approximately 10 mm / 3/8" ID
- Check the direction arrow on the bulb
- Install with the arrow pointing towards the engine
- Ensure the fuel hose is fully seated
- Secure the hose using the supplied clamps
- Check carefully for fuel leaks before operating the engine
Replace any fuel hose that is cracked, hardened, damaged or deteriorated.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £150 (excludes outboard engines).
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Most parcels are delivered within 24 hours, but please allow extra time for courier delays that may occur outside our control.
For outboard engines, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. SSI Marine is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (after 5 PM on the day of dispatch).
Tracking is available only for parcels sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Large Letter orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post (untracked).
Returns
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in sellable condition and include the original packaging.
Please do not tape, label, or write directly on the product's original box.
Important: Do not return items in their original product boxes only, they must be placed inside a protective outer box or bag. Parcels returned like the example below will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please include your order details and reason for return inside the parcel.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for the item purchase price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
All refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original order.
Items returned in poor condition or without proper packaging may incur a 20% restocking fee.
