Heavy-duty 13-inch blue PropGuard propeller safety guard designed for selected 40–65 HP outboard engines.

Manufactured from high-impact, lightweight and non-corroding material, the PropGuard forms a protective cage around the propeller, helping protect people, marine life and the propeller itself.

Ideal for leisure boats, training boats, sailing clubs, rescue applications and boats regularly operating in shallow water or around underwater hazards.

BigFoot & High Thrust Engines

BigFoot and High Thrust applications generally require the NEXT SIZE UP.

These engines use a larger gearcase and propeller than many standard outboards of the same horsepower.

Propeller Safety & Protection

The PropGuard is a two-piece protective cage designed to completely surround the outboard propeller.

The two halves fit around the propeller in a clamshell-style arrangement and attach to the outboard's cavitation plate and skeg using the supplied mounting system.

There are:

• No moving components
• No electrical wiring
• No hydraulic hoses

Installation can normally be completed using basic hand tools.
