Marine-grade aftermarket internal cylinder / crankcase sacrificial anode for selected Yamaha 40 HP 2-stroke outboards.

Suitable for selected C40, 40X and E40X series engines using Yamaha part number 676-11325-00.

Available in Zinc or Aluminium.

Choose Your Anode Material

Zinc

Traditional sacrificial anode material, particularly suitable for saltwater use.

Aluminium

Marine-grade sacrificial anode suitable for saltwater and brackish water applications.

Fitment

Fits selected Yamaha 40 HP 2-stroke outboards, including:

C40 – selected commercial 40 HP models, approximately 1990–1997
40X – later 40 HP 2-stroke models
E40X – Enduro / commercial 40 HP 2-stroke models

Confirmed variations include selected C40MH / C40EH / C40ER / C40PR, 40X and E40X applications depending on year and market.

Yamaha documentation confirms this anode remained in use on later 40X / E40X engines, so it should not be limited only to the early 1990s C40 models.

Important Compatibility Information

This anode does not fit every Yamaha 40 HP outboard.

Yamaha used different internal anodes depending on the exact 40 HP engine family and production year.

Before ordering, please check:

Exact engine model
Engine year
Engine serial number
Original Yamaha part number
Existing anode dimensions and shape

If the part looks the same as yours, this does not always mean it is the correct part for your outboard.

If unsure, send us your engine model and serial number and we can help confirm compatibility.
